Connecting Mysql using Python

Good Morning Everybody,
1) I'm doing a project using python as front end tool and mysql as database. I'm having a problem that I can't connect the database through python and I can't run the html files also.
2)How can we run the html files and what other servers has to download to run the html files.
3)Using Java how can we run the jsp files. We cannot run using browser. If we can give me the details.
