Comments Reply 1 of 2 kingofsomewherehot Posts: 4,131member January 4, 2009 5:32PM Sure... if they're selling it as a used item "as is" is generally the rule.Apple's not gonna care about the OS... every computer from Apple comes with a license for the OS ... you're just gonna have to BUY discs if you ever need to re-install.Conventional Wisdom says that Adobe will NOT consider the copy of CS3 to be licensed. Let your conscience be your guide with that one.
