BootCD Only works with the Mac OS X 10.0 Version. I'v tried with the 10.2. Doesn't work. Anyone else having this problem?

There's a way to do it with Toast but it's never worked that well for me - the whole "Blessed System Folder" thing seems to screw me up under OS X. Either I'm not doing something right or it's an OS9-only thing....

The "Blessed System" is a 9 thing...

    That's what I figured.

Here is one possible solution for OS X. Haven't tried it yet, but I will once I get these startup issues hammered out.
