Moved: Interesting oversight at Apple.com

I went to download iPhoto, and near the end of the page, there's a link to buy OS X 10.1 for $129. It has the picture of the blue 10.1 box.



Of course, it also lists built-in USB ports as being required for use... <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[No]" />

    A few of the button widgets in the Apple store are still Platinuim.

    The Apple site is a mess at the moment: different fonts all over the place, a mix of Platinum and Aqua buttons, OS 7-style graphics, the rather unpleasant way the menu is in faux-fur in the OS X pages...

    You think that's bad? Check out the various international Apple.com pages. There is a huge variety of mismatched graphics, fonts, and general layouts.

    Some of the international sites still have content thats over a year old! And they really need to go through the whole site page by page and get it all updated and unified. I agree that it really is a mess right now.
