Preview annoyance

In 10.2, Preview seems to open every image as "Zoomed to Fit"... the old Preview never did this. I'm always having to View it as Actual Size, then click the green Maximize button... only to have this setting reset after I close and reopen the image.

Anyone know how to have images open as their default size automatically in Preview?

It seems that Preview is stuck. I hope Apple fixes this soon, because Acrobat is a drag sometimes.

It's probly easier to have a general setting then saving your custom ones.

I misunderstood your post... I thought you were talking about how Preview scales pages when printing -- there is no way to turn this "feature" off in 10.2. :-(

Actually, I had the opposite problem. Under 10.1, images were always extremely small and did not scale well. Now, as long as I have "Ignore DPI for Actual Size" checked, it displays images scaled to fit in the window (if they're too big) or at their proper size if they fit fine.

So, likely you want to uncheck that and see what happens.
