Transfer AOL PFC from one Mac to another Mac

Transferring files from one iMac (G4) to iMac intel and having trouble transferring AOL Personal Filing Cabinet (stored e-mails). Any suggestions?



Note: Both iMac use same OS (10.4.11) and I only need to save these e-mails because they are old. Currently, I use Apple's Mail for most important emails and let the junk go to AOL.

    Has anyone used the AOL Service Assistant to transfer AOL PFC to Mac Mail?



    Does the AOL Service Assistant ask for files to be selected to transfer to Mac Mail...I transferred PFC files from another Mac and stored in a special folder on my current Mac.

    AOL Service Assistant will setup your AOL account in Mail with the proper settings. Since Mail accesses AOL via IMAP, my guess is that it sees everything in your account on the server.

    Since my message, I have used the AOL Service Assistant and transferred saved AOL email messages (personal filing cabinets) to Mail which shows up in Import Mailbox. I tested the messages and the migration to Mail worked well. But, here is my problem...the imported messages are in Mail on my old computer but I cannot transfer the imported messages to Mail on my new iMac.



    Please help! AOL
