How do I delete a partition and re-combine the empty space to HDD?

I partitioned 32 gigs on my new MacBOok Pro to install Windows 7, I hated it so I deleted all the stuff on the 32GB partition and now I want to make that space available again to use without having "2 HD's"

How do I do this? (I Hope all that made sense)
