Hmmm... I've always wondered how much difference my 2MB L2 cache made. You're right, Eugene, the interface is a bit slower without it! I've always wondered, how much a difference does the L3 cache make since the L2 is so much smaller on the new Macs?

Yup, along with disabling the L2 and/or L3 cache. Hmm, disabling both really slows down everything, especially UI responsiveness!
