Screwey keyboard, backwards caps lock

Hi all, I have a white MacBook OS X 10.5.6, 2.4 GHz, Intel C2D. Just finished with the software updates that were just put out today. When it was restarted the caps lock light is on, but caps is off. Also some of the symbols at the top of the keyboard -- the at sign-- come up totally different.



Anyone have a suggestion? Restart didn t work....
