help with password

I bought a used mac mini yesterday,

And everything works fine. but i cant add anything to it. I need a master password.

And i dont have it, Know what?

How can i reset this?

    Try booting from the installer disc and use the reset password utility in one of the menus.



    If it's the filevault master password, you will have to make a new user but you'll probably need to reset the admin password anyway.
