Hi,

I'm thinking of buying apple tv, but I'd like to know if it is still the best way to watch movies I downloaded on my mac. And also what is the fastest way to convert movies for apple tv? i do have quicktime pro but it takes a while, any better software?

    I have ATV and like it for the most part. I just installed Boxee which adds value but the shows look like garbage.



    I use Handbrake in conjunction with MetaX. Handbrake is extremely slow on my Mini. It takes 4 hours to rip one DVD using the built-in presets, I'd hate to even attempt a Blu-ray.



    I'm looking forward to trying Double Twist but it serves a little different purpose.
