re-installing os 10.2

Hey, how do i start from scratch again. I have the 2 jaguar cd's and I have the two os x cd's. Is there a way for re-format the hard drive and start from scratch.

    -put the jag cd in your drive

    -boot up from cd (pressing "c" on startup)

    -open "disk utility" on cd

    -initialize harddrive

    -install jag
