Hi,



I'm going to buy one of these in the next few weeks. Barring the HD size (I'm not bothered as for me 160 is more than enough, plus I have a couple of external HDs that I also use), the only other difference between the two is the processor speed.



Not being a gamer, is there a real world speed difference between the two? Should I put the money saved towards getting a new iMac in the autumn? I do little video work, so I'm tempted just to go for the lower spec one........



Any comments?

    Honestly I'd go 2.4, for the simple fact, you can't have enough power Better extra then not enough, and think in 3 years you'd want the better one so its more current, trust me on that!
