Jaguar Server Question

I currently have a OS X 10.1.5 server. I use it for Mac and PC file sharing.



I have a TON of file permisssion problems with Mac OS 9 clients and Win XP clients.



If I upgrade to Jaguar Server (10.2), will these permission-related problems go away?



I cant tell if the problems are related to OS X, SAMBA, XP or something more discreet like NetInfo, etc.



Is Jaguar Server my solution?

    I have found permissions to work much smoother in 10.2 Server, besides that performance is increased as well as serving features. Administration is also very, very improved.
