Uploading files to iDisk from Windows

A few of my friends want to be able to share files with me, and apart from emailing, I thought my idisk would be a perfect option...

Unfortuantly, they are Windows users <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[No]" /> (98) and I cant find any apple info on how to Upload and Download from my Public folder on my iDisk. It all just gives info on how to download.

Any ideas?

Also, if you're using Jaguar, make sure you go to System Preferences and set the iDisk Public Folder Access to Read-Write. This will allow your friends to upload to your Public folder.
