Mac Messenger 8 - iSight compatible

So there's a beta floating around of the new Mac Messenger 8 which is iSight compatible. While I would love to use only iChat the fact is most friends are on Windows machines with Windows Live Messenger. I think this is pretty huge. Has anyone heard anything else about this?

    I've been happy with aMSN lately, but the only thing better than an official fully functional Live Messenger for Mac would be if Adium finally supported video chat.
