macbook unibody airport range

I recently had my white MacBook Core 2 Duo 1.83ghz replaced by apple under applecare with the new Macbook Unibody 2.00ghz and have found that the Wifi range seems to be significantly reduced. I have a Apple Time-Capsule, and used to be able to connect to it from my bedroom on the old macbook but as i get to the desk in my bedroom using the new MacBook unibody I lose network connection.



Has anyone else had issues with the new MacBooks range?

    Yes, I'd say I noticed the strength go down too, but only a little... it might have something to do with the metal enclosure as opposed to the plastic enclosure.
