1.4+ ghz will happen

Apple will release the new powermac machines with speeds higher than 1.4 ghz without changing the price on the PM range.



Apple internally decided that the new CPU revision shall make up for all the pain with the g4 in the last 2 years, thus calling the cpu line "appology for [the suffering]", short ApolloG4.



Or else everyone will go buy a sub $500 celeron box.
