Battle of the Browsers
So I lately I've been trying to adjust to the new Safari 4.0 beta and even-thought its lightening fast and great looking as well functional with all the new features I still feel its bit buggy for my liking. While browsing on cars.com last night I noticed that each time I hit the back page button Safari wouldn't respond until the button is pressed simultaneously and eventually I got an error message saying that I current page is unavailable due to high activity or something among those lines. After restarting Safari I also noticed that Safari doesn't actually wont ask nor save your passwords and user names to web site like facebook and others
. I know that Firefox does effortlessly and yes I know its not that big of a deal but the fact is its kinda nice to use only the mouse without ever placing your hands on the keyboard while logging into a website. I also noticed with the previous versions of Safari that when you leave it open for more than a few hours, the entire system slows down to the point where it's almost unusable and it absorbs all the resources and doesn't let them go.
Its a shame because I love the way 4.0 feels and looks compared to others but for now I think for now I'm going back to problem free (not completely) Firefox and until the 4.0 is bug free I'll stay away. How do you guys feel about the beta version compared to others, and is there a browser out there that you like the most and why?
