Jailbreak/Format iPhone 3G as Flash Drive

I would like to jailbreak my 16GB iPhone 3G and format the drive with three partitions - as a ~12GB iPhone, a 2GB flash drive, and a 1GB FAT-16 bootable flash drive. That way I can have a fully capable iPhone (jailbreaked or not), a flash drive that I can carry files on, and a bootable flash drive that I can use for tech support work if I need to reinstall an operating system for a friend.



Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
