Stuck in Recovery Mode: help!
Hope someone can help me with this.
I've been a jailbreaker ever since the iPhone came out so I feel relatively "advanced", but I'm stumped with my current problem.
I've been running a jailbroken 3G phone on ATT (so not unlocked). This morning I was playing around with SwapFont and my phone rebooted and got stuck on the apple logo screen. I tried doing a restore which completed...sort of. Now the phone is stuck in the recovery screen.
When I hook up iTunes, I get the message "The iPod software update server could not be contacted" and my iPhone never shows up as a device.
I've tried:
[1]entering DFU mode
[2]creating a new Account and restoring from there.
[3] restoring on another computer (a PC).
[4] launching QuickPwn (but it appears to never be able to see that an iPhone is attached).
Am I hosed? I really have read through the forums here and couldn't find a solution (so I didn?t just leap to posting a question before researching).
Your help would be most appreciated!
Thanks
