Time Machine-Airport interference with cordless phone
We have a Time machine that we use as a wireless router. We have noticed that since the update a few months ago our cordless phone has been acting up, the closer to the time machine that you are the worse the problem is. Is there a way of changing what frequency the time machine uses?

Open AirPort Utility, (found in "/Applications/Utilities" if you don't know where to find it, or search for "AirPort" in the Spotlight search) and wait for the program to scan for and find your Time Capsule. Double-click on your device and enter the admin password you set it up with. Then, make sure you are in the AirPort section, and the Wireless sub-section, where you should find a pull-down called "Radio Mode". If your cordless phone uses a 2.4GHz signal, set the Time Capsule to either "802.11n (802.11a compatible)" or "802.11n only (5GHz)". If the phone uses a 5GHz signal, set the Time Capsule to "802.11n (802.11b/g compatible) or "802.11n only (2.4GHz)".
