O2 to offer upgrade from iPhone 3G to new iPhone?

Hi



I was just wondering if anyone knows if O2 in the UK would be likely to offer an early upgrade to the new iPhone coming out this summer for current iPhone customers?



They did this last summer, and it just required that you basically restart your 18 month contract with them when the iPhone 3G came out.



The reason I'm asking is because I wouldn't mind getting an iPhone now, but would be gutted if O2 don't offer the same early upgrade deal to the new iPhone once it comes out.



Any ideas?

    I doubt it since the iPhone 3G was heavily subsidised. The reason you could early upgrade from the original iPhone was because you paid an unsubsidised price for it.
