Problems with apple x11

I've installed fink and apple x11, I then go to try to install system-xfree86(the placeholder package) so I can use fink to compile and run x11 apps, but the problem is that fink dosen't seem to think i have apple x11 installed, instead it says this

I even re-installed apple x11 and it still does not work, can anybody help?

Are you sure you installed both Apple's X11 as well as Apple's X11 SDK?

WOW, it works great thanks, apple should include the sdk with the x11 user, it would be less of a headache
