simply, i am looking to add blogging tools to a custom website. custom=look and feel



so that i can update any part of the site with blogging tools instead of doing it by hand



are there such a set of codes that i can easily incorporate into a custom web site?



or is there a blogging tool that i can customize so that i can have say, as many menu items as i want or the look is what i want?
