looking for minidisc adapter
I'm desperately searching for an item that essentially turns a 3" minidisc into a full-size CD for slot loaders. I've seen that they used to be made by Philips, Memorex and Sony but apparently they no longer produce them. I need to be able to download video from my minidisc camcorder to my computer. Apple's vertical slot won't take the minis. Help

Apple should have this working by now. This is an issue that needs more attention. When I bought my iMac from my local Apple Store, the guy misinformed me, saying the mini cd or dvd would find its way into the slot. Not true. For now, your best bet is to spend a little money on an external drive. Sony use to sell an adapter on their website, but I just looked and can't find it.
