Acrobat 9 suddenly dead slow
Have been using Acrobat 9 for reviews/commenting with clients for about 6 months. No problems to speak of until last week when suddenly, both Acrobat 9 and Adobe Reader 9 came to a screeching slowdown. Any action in either app - pulling down a menu, initiating an email based review, hell, just opening a pdf - takes many seconds or minutes. As opposed to before when you might wait a second or 2 for an action to complete. I've trashed preferences, update the software, no improvement. Any suggestions? I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this, and if so, what may have worked to resolve the issue. Thanks!
