    thanks for the tip, but to tell you the truth, its old news. Just like in MacOS Classic, keeping shift during startup disable all extensions and control panels and startup items, etc etc

    Yup, that's been there since 10.0 or 10.1.

    I don't recall which, but it has been there a while.
