Hardware test on another mac
Hello hello
The screen on my MacBook Pro just made itself a corpse.
I'm thinking it's the graphics card, because I can't run an external monitor from it. In target mode it seems that the data's safe and there's nothing wrong with it apart from the dead screen.
I have an old PowerBook that still works, sorta, and I'm wondering if I can test the graphics card on the new mac with the old one?
I really ought to be able to work this out. But I seem to have lost my dork fu,
Ideas?
