fonts in X11 (and in particular OpenOffice)

I've been running X11 since it came out (and have just installed the 0.2 update which flies...), and have also been giving OpenOffice a real hammering. I'm really enjoying OpenOffice (can't believe I said that, but there you go), but the one problem for me is fonts.



I have about 3000 fonts on my system which I manage with Suitcase. I need to be able to get these into my OpenOffice docs some how and I'm a bit stuck.



Anyone got any ideas about converting or hooking up Suitcase?
