Buyer beware of at&t contract!!
everyone needs to watch out if you walk into an apple store, purchased an iphone 3G last summer and wants to upgrade to the standard iphone pricing!!
this is because, a couple months ago i purchased a blackberry bold (FULL RETAIL PRICE - NO NEW CONTRACT) and still had my contract on my iphone 3G...
now the story was i went waited in line today for a 3GS and was told..even though im eligible i cant buy it because im no longer an iphone customer. didnt know that since someone buys an iphone theyre no longer an iphone customer lol..they didnt want to give me the phone plain and simple i sat on the phone for 2 hours at the apple store...no budge
so i went into an ATT store they reversed it for me and everything worked out
but boy was i angry!..so just so everyone knows apple will not work with u if u no longer have an iphone, its not apple however its AT&T being screwed up..
