How to import but not export iCal data when syncing iPhone 3.0

When syncing iPhone using 3.0, I'd like to import my iCal calendars without exporting iPhone calendars back to my iMac. Basically, I'm syncing my iPhone to my work Outlook and I don't want to export my work calendar to my home computer but I would like to have my iMac iCal imported to my iPhone. Is this possible?
