HTML app like front page

hey all,

is there a good app for making web pages (similar to front page) but allows more creativity and ease of use? i have front page, but i think its really clunky, and i have iweb but it wont let me get into enough detail and customize enough. the perfect thing would be a happy medium between front page and iweb.
