Mac with dial up

i sadly have dial up. really sadly. i am getting high speed in my country town before next year and thats fine so i should just wait to get my mac. i mean i really dont need a new computer but it would help with high school and stuff, is there even a point to a mac without high speed?

    High speed internet certainly helps but Macs are plenty useful otherwise as well.
