i'm curious as to if someone knows any im ap for mac which you can use cam to cam for to msn. I know about mercury, but when i used it on my pc to test it out the cam was pretty slow. Any suggestions?
MSN's video protocol isn't very well-known, and apps that implement it at all tend to suck, as you have found out. Since Microsoft has no interest in opening this up, the obvious solution is to go to a competitor who has, such as Yahoo! or Skype.
oh snap, so skype has video for mac now. last time i did a search it didn't support it. i might consider using that. i use it on my pc and in my opinion it's one of the best im aps there is. very sleek and stylish and just works well.
