Keyboard turning green...?

I have just bought a second hand PowerBook G4 Aluminum 15" 1.33 GHz.

Even though the PowerBook works like a charm, some of the letters on the keyboard seem to be suffering from a slightly greenish blush/shade... I have tried cleaning it with water without effect.

I have of course asked several Apple specialists what could have caused this, but no one seems to even have heard of this type of decolorization before!

Before I decide whether to buy a new keyboard... I'd like to know what happened...? And could it possibly be 'cleaned' or remedied in some way?

Thanks for any info

Astrid

Dude it's just a little natural discolouration from time, the PowerBook is of course a date model now. Why you are worrying about it I do not know since i suspect you bought the PwoerBook second hand which means it may have had some use before. So long it works fine then i wouldn't worry about it.

\ I'm not worried, just curious. And yes, it is a second hand powerbook, but so is my husband's and his does not have the same kind of wear. We suspect it's due to sunlight.
