Media Player included with Office v.X...OSX or OS9 native?

Dos the Windows Media Player included in the Value Pack run in OSX or is it the OS9 player?

    It's OS X exclusive. WMP 7 is the last version for 9.

    No MediaPlayer in my OfficeX package at all Maybe the International English version is different from the US one. Anyone know where one could get it?
