I Need a Good Chat Application...

That can handle instant file sharing like ichat, but supports more than just AOL and Jabber. Any ideas? Apple's a little behind on this one, IMHO. I'd like to use ichat to chat with people on various networks. I've tried Adium (which I like but file xfer is buggy) and Fire, but I like the drag and drop file sharing in ichat and MSN's IM.

    Adium is your best bet. You won't get reliable file transfer from *any* third-party client.

    i vote adium i've used it and since it works with everyone it's the bomb and you don't have to deal with MS
