problem with internet

when i try to load the internet, i get the message..... An error occured loading the "ms internet library (ppo)" library. Re-Installing should solve the problem.



i dont kno wat to do, so i went to a friends and downloaded firefox but i cannot find out how to read my disk to get the data off of it, plz help.

    the is a pop up that says..... Another device on your TCP/IP internet, which has the physical address 00 10 b5 5d 90 46, is currently using the same IP address (192.168.1.100). your TCP/IP network interface has been shut down.

    Can you give some more info.



    Which app was being used when the error showed up?



    Which system version?



    Are all the updates applied?



    Have you tried repairing the permissions?



    Have you checked the HD for errors via disk utility?



    What type of connection are you using?



    These will help give a much better answer as I have seen this problem a long time ago.

    im not sure, im new to all of this apple stuff. it has a 400mhz on it

    128mb ram

    10gig hd

    imac g3



    how do i repair permissions?

    the updates are not all applied because i cannot get on the internet, i just got the comp. today.

    how do i read data on the cd i put in?
