Don't count on it, I'd have to spam the forums. My Birthday is in 2 weeks

I'll give it a test run next week. Unfortunately, it's not retroactive.

Scott and Sego would be a facinating exchange. I call for Scott to be dug up and reactivated.

I just looked at the members list. About half those who bothered to register have never posted! I wonder, do they go around registering on discussion forums just to preserve a user name? This seems a little strange.

This is perfectly normal for any website that has registration.

You know what, this is actually a good idea. I'm trying to decide how I'm going to beat this other Sebastian Lewis down from Google. The top result would be "Sebastian-Lewis's Flickr Page" which isn't my own, mine would be "lewis_sebastian" and I only turn up once on the first page. HE MUST BE DESTROYED!

I'm curious what my post count would be if you could combine all posts before and after the "great blackout." I don't remember what I had before.

For those of you who don't know, AI existed, then didn't (because some shmuck permanently removed the server from the interweb), then did again. Everyone started at zero again in November of 2001...

I'm also curious to know what my post count would be if I didn't take the few hiatuses that I have.

Keep in mind that not only did Scott have a million posts, but few if any had anything to do with computers. Now that's skill.

He kept on in the face of adversity for years before he was finally booted, although I will say he's one of a very few that gets banned after that many posts and doesn't try to come back. I guess that's one positive thing about Scott.

Sean you seem a bit bitter.

Is this Scott fellow actually banned? I noticed that the "Banned" part of his name isn't in red like the other banned people. Anyone from back in the day remember if that was just his member title?

It's time to run the post-count randomizer, perhaps.

I always find it interesting to know why people are banned. I'm going to go read some of his last posts. AI history fascinates me.
