    Better late than never, I felt I had to participate in this thread. The 10 OS X apps I use most are, in descending order:



    1. Microsoft Word v.X

    2. Internet Explorer

    3. <a href="http://www.eudora.com/betas/"; target="_blank">Eudora</a> (currently 5.1b20)

    4. BBEdit

    5. GraphicConvter

    6. <a href="http://www.panic.com/transmit/"; target="_blank">Transmit</a> (currently 1.7b2): best FTP ever!

    7. Acrobat Reader

    8. QuickTime Player Pro

    9. Microsoft Excel v.X

    10. iTunes



    The first three I use daily for several hours. I use 4-8 at least once a week. Finally, I use 9 and 10 at least once a month.

    Anywayz, I'll bite.

    5. iSwipe (haven't had much success with this thing, the ques always crap out whenever I try downloading any songs)

    6. Finder

    7. Quicktime/Real Player

    8. Microsoft Office (old skool version baby)

    9. Yahoo Messenger

    10. Finder again







    This list will soon change as I go into using audio apps, but surely #1 won't change for a while yet.

    Ha. Were that the case (it's not a great program, but it's such an industry standard). There was a release 12 or something that AutoDesk ported to Mac (with help from Apple, I think) but it was buggy and unusable.



    I have to run r. 14 in VPC...works OK.



    So,

    1. IE 5.1

    2. Vectorworks 9.5

    3. VPC 4.11 (5.01 has bugs that won't let me print) for AutoCad r. 14

    A lot of my stuff isn't ported, or isn't ported well to OSX.
