I didn't see any mention of this anywhere, so I thought I'd post it here.

I'm downloading now. One less reason to go into OS 9

I've been using the Toast previews with no problems since 10.0. I'm sure this final version is great.

Does the final version finally support SCSI burners? And mounting images? I couldn't mount any images with the preview versions.

SCSI support is still not there. This is not Roxio's fault. It's Apple's

BTW. Now I don't have to worry about to put the blank disc before the "insert CD" dialougue box comes out. Also for burning multiple session discs. Good!

5.1 actually does work with 9 too

Nope. My SCSI burner is pretty much going to be retired. I got a good deal on an external firewire one and it should arrive today. Finally, burning from the finder for me!

You want a Firewire to SCSI convertor for cheap? Email me if you do

Try "SCSI HELPER" available on Version Tracker. It did the trick for my Yamaha and toast, though not with iTunes.

I just used it. It's great to be able to make direct copies again (of course for backup only )

umm am i the only one who can't get the updater to run? It bounces in the dock once then goes just closes...maybe i'll login as root later and see if that does the trick

Edit: logging as root worked, the updater launched no problem. Why would it work in root but not my user account?
