...only it's sold by a company named JazzMutant, and it's a mulit-touch control surface called the "Lemur" (they also have a larger one called "Dexter"). To quote Borat... Very nice!

    Of course, if Apple made something like this, it could make more economic sense....

    There's an electronic musician who's touring with Björk right now and keeping a blog (if I can find it I'll post a link later), and he says that they were using these for the first time for her appearance on Saturday Night Live a week ago. You couldn't really see what was going on, but I noticed a couple of guys with laptops where manipulating something (I was paying attention because I know the guys that toured with her last time).



    OK, here's the You Tube clip of SNL, you can see at least one guy working a panel back there.

    OK, thanks. That second clip is going to give me nightmares now. Talk about C-R-E-E-P-Y! It looked like something from Close Encounters. And what's with that dark figure appearing out of nowhere at the end. Looking like he's going to murder the musician or something.

    I think this would make a great AppleTV controller...
