In your Address Book, you will find a listing of "temporary" addresses, that is, any e-mail addresses you've sent stuff to (maybe people you've gotten email from also -- can't recall). I often pick through that stuff after the fact and add the names to my address book, especially for business contacts. Not asa handy as the method mentioned above, but it's nice to have it if you accidentally delete some e-mails and need an address again.

<strong>is there anyway i could add email address from received mails to the address book, other than type them all over again in Mail?

open Mail (duh!) go to view then customize toolbar, then drag "Add To Address Book" to the bar thing. Hope that helps
Also can use command-Y
