That's exactly what you need to do... I'd unplug your modem from the power source for about 5 minutes, connect it to the AEBS, plug modem back in, turn it and AEBS on... I had same issues until I unplugged my modem...
Yeah..it worked. Like I said I did it before. I am now finally configured and all setup. My AExpress is acting as a usb print connection. So far the speed for my Macbook seems better too. Much stronger signal. I am using the 2.4ghz band with a/g/n compatibility due to the AE on the network. I test printed and now all is set!

I thought my cable was slower than that. And that's over wireless. Not too shabby.
