Here is a game for you.
After 10 posts you should be able to link. SPAM bots suck and shouldn't have equal access (obviously)
new "human" users won't mind waiting until they've contributed 10 posts before linking.
It's time to institute a prohibition of linking ability for new users.

Actually new human users would mind, at any rate it wouldn't work. They would just end up posting the URL even without the hyperlink.

Your first post is checked to see if you're a bot. If the post is approved you're promoted to a full member....if not then one more post is allowed, if both are disapproved the "member/bot" is banned.
