Using Pro Tools with Final Cut Pro

Hello,

I recently got Pro Tools LE with the MBox 2Pro and was looking up info on how to use Pro Tools with Final Cut Pro for my next project.

Does anyone have any links to tutorials or easy to read info or does anyone have any good tips or advices on using these two cool applications together?

I heard that Pro Tools was used to score films and wanted to know how they do it...

Thanks

O-Mac

I don't know about any tutorials, it's not something I've looked into before, but try scouring the Pro Tools LE board here if you haven't already.

There are some Scoring in Protools video training at Lynda.com http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/m...ng.asp?pid=242 You can view Final cut tutorials there as well.

You have to pay $30 a month though. To be honest, you can do a hell of a lot audio wise right in Final cut - fades, pans, effects, recording. And it's all non-destructive. It's been a while since I've used ProTools, but its all destructive editing with effects I thought.
