Just showed up in Software Update. "With iTunes 7.2, preview and purchase iTunes Plus music?new higher-quality, DRM-free music downloads from participating music labels"

    The iTunesU looks interesting. I hope that you can download videos of lectures from iTunes like you can for some courses at MIT when you go to MIT's opencourseware download site.
