<strong>I need to find a Classic-compatible app that can create animations from 150 or more 640x480 GIF frames.

Why would you want to make a GIF animation THAT BIG? Also GifBuilder from Yves Piguet is free and can do the job...but I think in poor quality compared to Image Ready...GifBuilder could crash easily making a 150 frame 640X480 animated GIF... <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />
