hello!

does anyone have a suggestion, or recommendation for a program which makes a folder password protected? i have some folders which i do not want other people to snoop around.... :-) i know there is a program which just makes it invisible, but i am hoping there will be a program that makes it password protected..... thank you very much for any suggestions and information! have a great day!

LameSecure is an OSX Freeware application that can password protect folders and files...

    Only OS X. But hell, it's free. <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

it'd be a pain if you get into it a lot, but if you had to, you could always make a password protected .sit archive

why wouldn;t you just make it invisible? this way they dont even know the folder is there... of course, the app that does this needs a p/w to make the folder visible again...

why would you lock the folder with a p/w--to tease them?
